Sir I am working defence account department . I and my family journey hometown LTC seven days pre-sanction earn leave ie from 12102018 to 18102018 but I felt sick and I can not join the office .When competent medical authority at my home town on the day I felt relief from my illness ie 31102018 at 12.40 pm and accordingly the doctor certificate my fitness for reporting to duty on 01112018.I commenced my journey from my home town to duty place on 31102018 at 4.20 pm and it took 27 hours journey from my home town to duty place and I could report for duty only on 02112018.Sir in this context which leave applicable on 01112018 ?

I was applied in commuted leave, kindly suggest in this case.
