OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject:- Transmission of e-PPO(PDF & XML) to the authorized banks in fresh pension cases.

e-PPO project has been started for issuing electronic PPO to pensioners and to digitize the whole pension processing. The e-PPO system aims at online processing of pension cases and movement of online data from Head of Office (HoO) to Pay & Accounts Office (PAO) to CPAO to Bank for fresh as well as revision of pension cases.

In this system, all the stakeholders i.e. HOO, PAO, CPAO and Banks would perform their respective work online. The main objective of this exercise is to put in place seamless transmission of pension electronically from head of office to banks for payment of pensions.

2. At present, pension cases in respect of central civil pensioners are being processed online through PFMS and e-PPO (XML & PDF file) is being forwarded by the Pay & Accounts Offices to CPAO.

3. It has now been decided to send the e-PPO (XML & PDF file] to the banks for consuming the data in their system after updating their pension software as per requirement. The physical PPO booklet along with the SSA in fresh pension cases will continue to be sent to all the banks as a parallel run till the system stabilizes.

4. It is also clarified that details given in Physical Booklet of PPO will be sacrosanct and supersede in case any mismatch or discrepancy arises between the data of PDF and XMI, file of e-PPO.

Countrywide pension adalat for prompt and quick redressal of pensioners’ grievances to be held on 23.8.2019

What is Pension Adalat?

“Grievances of Pensioners to redress immediately and taking decisions on the spot to settle the issues without further delays”.

The Kendriya vidyalaya sangathan has reported through an office order about that conducting a Nation-wide Pension Adalat meeting on 23rd August, 2019.

As per the DO letter dated 28.06.2019 of Dept. of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare has been forwarded directing all the organizations to conduct a Nation-wide Pension Adalat on 23rd August, 2019 for prompt and quick redressal of pensioners’ grievances, within the framework of extant policy/guidelines.

All Central Government Pensioners including KV Pensioners are requested to attend the meeting of adalat will be held on 23rd August, 2019 and expose your grievances.Similar Posts:

Minimum Pay at the Entry Level of the Pay Matrix will be Rs.18000 per month for Group ‘C’ employees and Rs.16000 per month for Group ‘D’ employees of Tripura State Government.

The Government has approved to implement the following recommendations made by the Expert Committee for the employees, workers & pensioners of the State Government, Subordinate fudiciary, Tripura Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Tripura public Service Commission, Grants-in-aid Schools, Tripura Board of Secondary Education and other Constitutional Bodies

• Date of effect of the revision of Pay /wages/ Pensions shall be from 01.10.2018
• New pay structure shall be in the form of “Tripura State Pay Matrix 2018” with 21 Levels
• Annual increment shall be @ 3% per annum
• Two dates for grant of increment i’e’, on 1st January or 1st July of every year
