If a employee on 3 months without pay leave whether it is applicable to get the next annual increment.

My increment date is 01-07-2018, I have attended my duty from 01-07-2018 to 11-07-2018 and on 11-07-2018 after office hours and from 12-07-2018 to 15-08-2018 I have applied for earned leave and joined on 16-08-2018. But my increment is given from 16-08-2018 half increment only. Is this correct.

A Employee is on EOL w.e.f. 3/7/2017 T0 01/04/2018 (without pay). She was also not granted increment for year 2016-17 because she did not attended office 03/07/2017 to 31/03/2018.
a)Is she entitled for increment on 01/07/2018?
Increment which was due on 01/07/2017 should also been given to her. if yes on which date?

The employee is on earned leave and the 1st July is suffixing to his leave which falls on Sunday then what will be the increment date in this case.
