Nevertheless, in so many cases despite of clear verdicts given by the CATs , High courts & even Supreme Court of India on certain issues in favour of govt. servants these agencies are deliberately delaying compliance reports, which certainly not the healthy symptoms for the democratic system of govt. in a country like India. Our request for the correction of this lethargic system so that the citizens of this country may get their legitimate rights & previliges bestowed to them through the Constitution of India.

Only one day before resulting whole year increment loss. Also effected my pension also. so overall huge loss.
