I , Ex. SGT. Umesh chander Jakhar,Service No.(Ex.655414N) Trade Medical Assistant Group III,retired i February 1992, after completion of 15 years of service, In last 24 years, I have not received revised PPO even once though pension hag been revised number of times. It is requested that I may please be issued revised PPO giving there in complete details.
