I think retirement age for the employees should be reduced from 60 to 58 yrs, as it was earlier.Upto this age employee can work more efficiently than 60 yrs employee, and the vacancy will be created for the new talented employee for less payment.

Retirement age is to be extended to 65 like other countries finishing all hopes of extending the same in future for giving right to work on performance and efficient skills

Retirement age of 60 is sufficient. But this is followed by all states also. As far as Haryana is concerned, it is unjustice with its employees. Haryana is a rich state but the age of retirement age of employees is 58. I think central govt. should interfere and suggest the CM Haryana to do justice with the employees of this state.

Setting 33 years service limit would be forceful retirement to employees who joined early , as they will be given forceful retirement at an age of 50-51
