The DA system is more of a burden than blessing for the employees as well as all peoplke of the country because each DA rise fuels price rise. During the last ten years the prices of essential commodities have risen by 300 to 500 percent but the DA has gone up by 113 percent only. It is high time that the Government disconitinued the dearness allowance system which was introduced first time during the second world war.
